Young people, employers and labour market stakeholders will meet in Thessaloniki to explore the Greek research findings on AI and work and help shape priorities for Greece’s Research Agenda and Action Plan.
PATHFINDER’s Greek national participatory dialogue, “Artificial Intelligence: Opportunity or Risk for Young People in the Modern Labour Market?”, will bring young people together with employers, HR professionals and AI specialists to explore what artificial intelligence means for the future of employment. Co-organised by CITY ULE and Light Trees, with the support of the Municipality of Thessaloniki, the event will build on PATHFINDER’s Greek national research and create a space for participants to interpret the findings and connect them with their own experiences. Through interactive activities, participants will explore the challenges and opportunities associated with AI in the labour market, examine their underlying causes and identify the issues they consider most important. The dialogue will then move towards co-creating shared priorities for future action. Participants’ perspectives will contribute to the development of Greece’s Research Agenda and Action Plan, helping ensure that the project’s next steps reflect the needs and experiences of young people and labour market stakeholders.
