Young people and employers will come together in Sarajevo to explore how AI is reshaping the future of work, identify the challenges facing young people and jointly define priorities for future action.
PATHFINDER’s national participatory dialogue, “AI and the Future of Work: A Dialogue Between Young People and Employers in Bosnia and Herzegovina”, will bring young people and employers together in Sarajevo to explore how artificial intelligence is changing the world of work and what these changes mean for young people. Organised by the Centre for Development Evaluation and Social Science Research (CREDI), the dialogue will build on PATHFINDER’s national research, beginning with a presentation of the baseline findings before moving into a structured participatory process. Participants will identify and map the challenges facing young people, examine their underlying causes and work together to determine which issues should be prioritised. A dedicated reflection and validation stage will allow participants to review the results and confirm the key messages emerging from the dialogue. The results will contribute to Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Research Agenda and Action Plan, helping ensure that the next stages of PATHFINDER are informed by both research evidence and the perspectives of young people and employers.
