Poster for the PATHFINDER national dialogue in Trnava

Young people and professionals will meet in Trnava to explore how AI is reshaping workplaces, skills and education, and what young people need to navigate these changes.

PATHFINDER’s Slovak national participatory dialogue, “Where Is My Place in the AI Era?”, will bring young people and professionals together in Trnava to explore how artificial intelligence is changing the labour market and what these changes mean for young people. Organised by Európsky dialóg (ED), the event will connect PATHFINDER’s research findings with participants’ experiences and perspectives. It will provide a space to discuss how AI is affecting workplaces, employment and the skills young people may need in the future. A World Café will place young people at the centre of the conversation, allowing them to exchange perspectives on AI, employment, education and their expectations for the future of work. The discussions will then be brought together for collective reflection. The insights generated through the event will contribute to Slovakia’s Research Agenda and Action Plan, helping identify priorities for supporting young people in an increasingly AI-driven labour market.
