Our first transnational youth workshop unites national research findings into a shared understanding of the challenges young people encounter in an AI-driven labour market on AI and youth employability.
The Sarajevo Dialogue builds on the national discussions held in the five partner countries and brings young people, employers and project partners together to map the pressure points in young people’s transition from education to employment, and to agree on priority areas for the project’s upcoming interventions.

Introduction — What the evidence tells us: findings from Central and Eastern Europe.
Round 1 — Exploring how AI is changing pathways from education to first meaningful work.
Round 2 — Beyond AI Skills: Defining what preparedness for an AI-driven labour market should mean in practice.
Round 3 — Who gets left behind: Exclusion mechanisms, vulnerability and mitigation measures.
The final agenda is subject to minor changes.
